1  General Provisions

4  Deposits and Withdrawals

Common payment methods in Bangladesh can be used for deposits and withdrawals on ck33 capsule. Currently supported methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Depositing using a third party's account is prohibited.
• If a deposit is not credited for any reason, contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be made to verified accounts.
• The withdrawal method must match the payment method used for the deposit.

ck33 capsule reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal and investigate in the case of unusual transactions.

5  Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers on ck33 capsule are subject to specific terms. It is necessary to read the relevant terms carefully before accepting a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, and to withdraw that ৳1,500, a total of ৳22,500 (৳1,500 × 15) must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for wagering purposes only — they cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion's terms clearly state otherwise.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, the same device, or the same IP address is strictly prohibited.
• ck33 capsule reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

6  Gaming Rules

ck33 capsule offers various types of games and sports betting, including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and cricket. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• ck33 capsule reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings paid out due to a software error.

7  Prohibited Activities

• On the order of a court or competent authority.

8.2 Member's Rights

A member may also request account closure at any time. If there is a verified balance in the account, it will be returned subject to the withdrawal conditions being met.

9  Limitation of Liability

ck33 capsule is not responsible for:

• Loss caused by the member's internet connection or device issues.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment service providers.
• Account information being leaked due to the member's own negligence.
• Services being temporarily unavailable during technical maintenance.
